1. Our Services
We provide electrical contracting services to domestic, commercial, and industrial customers. All work is carried out by qualified electricians in accordance with BS 7671 Wiring Regulations and industry best practices.
2. Quotes & Estimates
- All quotes are free and provided in writing.
- Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
- Any changes to the scope of work may affect the final price.
3. Bookings & Cancellations
- To confirm a booking, we may require written acceptance of the quote.
- If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 48 hours’ notice.
- Late cancellations may be subject to a call-out fee.
4. Payment Terms
- Payment is due on completion of work, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- For larger projects, staged payments may be required.
- We accept payment by bank transfer or other agreed methods.
- Overdue invoices may incur interest and recovery costs.
5. Materials & Guarantees
- All materials supplied by us remain our property until full payment is received.
- We guarantee our workmanship for 12 months from the date of completion.
- Manufacturer warranties apply to materials and equipment provided.
6. Access & Responsibility
- Customers must ensure safe access to the property for our electricians.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us of any known hazards or restrictions before work begins.
7. Liability
- While we take every precaution, we are not responsible for pre-existing issues or defects within your electrical installation.
- We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., supplier delays, extreme weather).
8. Website Use
